This pasta caught my eye – Organic and Vegetable. WIN-WIN!
I haven’t made Radiatorre in a long time. I usually use it for a cold Pasta Salad. Might make something a little different now that its 100+ degrees with summer here.
I’ll post the recipe after I make it. (realize I ‘Jedi Cook’ – meaning I don’t always go by a recipe, I often just make it up with ingredients on hand)
