Caprese Salad

These can be used to accompany nearly any dish. It’s particularly good to have the Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar whisked and served in a bowl to dip in – or, brush it on.

Ingredients

  • 12 Cherry Tomatoes

  • 12 Vegan Mozzarella balls (can substitute with pieces of 3 Vegan Mozzarella Cheese Sticks)

  • 6 Basil Leaves, torn in half

  • 1 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 oz. Balsamic Vinegar

  • Optional: Sprinkle with Smoked Hungarian Paprika

Directions

  • Assemble on wooden skewers: A Cherry Tomato, then a mozzarella ball, then a Basil Leaf piece and repeat two more times for each skewer.
  • Repeat making skewers to use all the ingredients.
  • Serve as an appetizer, side dish or snack.
  • Optional: Tried putting these on the grill for a couple minutes and it was very tasty alternative!
